Emergency Maintenance Call-out Management

When something goes wrong, speed matters. UKBPM provides a contractual 2-hour emergency response SLA — engineers dispatched, fault resolved, every incident documented from first call to signed-off completion.

Published Response Time Commitments

We publish our SLAs openly. No hidden caveats, no exclusions for "high demand periods". These are contractual commitments.

2 hrs
Emergency

Immediate safety risk, critical system failure, or building rendered unusable. Engineer on-site within 2 hours.

4 hrs
Urgent

Fault affecting normal operations but without immediate safety risk. Attended within 4 business hours.

72 hrs
Planned

Non-urgent repairs and scheduled maintenance. Booked, confirmed, and carried out within 72 hours.

What Happens When You Call

Every call-out follows a structured process. Nothing falls through the cracks.

1

Call Received

Your call is answered and a work order raised immediately with a unique reference number.

2

Fault Assessed

Severity assessed (Emergency / Urgent / Planned). SLA clock starts. Appropriate engineer identified.

3

Engineer Dispatched

Vetted engineer or contractor dispatched within SLA. You receive confirmation of attendance ETA.

4

Fault Resolved

Works carried out. Photographed and documented on-site. If a follow-on visit is needed, a new work order is raised.

5

Job Signed Off

Completion confirmed, documentation sent to you, work order closed. Audit trail complete.
