Scope of Services UKBPM provides facilities maintenance management services as described on this website and as agreed in individual service contracts. The specific scope, pricing, and terms of each engagement are agreed in writing between UKBPM and the Client before work commences. The content on this website is for general information purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer to provide services at any particular price or on any particular terms. Any quotation issued by UKBPM is subject to acceptance and confirmation in writing. UKBPM reserves the right to decline to provide services to any individual or organisation at its sole discretion. 4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Commitments SLA response times published on this website (emergency 2 hours, urgent 4 hours, planned 72 hours) are standard commitments applicable to clients who have a written service agreement with UKBPM. These SLAs are confirmed in the relevant service agreement and are not binding on enquiries or one-off jobs without a written agreement in place. SLAs are subject to reasonable exceptions including: events beyond UKBPM's reasonable control (force majeure), access restrictions imposed by the Client or third parties, and requirements for specialist equipment or materials not ordinarily stocked. 5. Client Obligations The Client agrees to: Provide UKBPM with timely access to the premises and relevant plant and equipment to enable service delivery Notify UKBPM of any known hazards on the premises, including asbestos-containing materials (and provide the current asbestos register and management plan) Provide accurate information when logging service requests Pay invoices within the agreed payment terms Not engage any sub-contractor introduced by UKBPM directly without UKBPM's written consent during the term of the service agreement and for 12 months after its termination 6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and code, is the intellectual property of UKBPM Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and print content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from UKBPM Limited. UKBPM is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, loss of business, loss of profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits UKBPM's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
